can i tell you something? i am sitting here in my house, listening to a copy of Exile On Main Street (by… yeah.. those guys), freshly worn and torn from the spring tour me and my boys just finished… and man. it feels good to just sit here. doing nothing. for 2 whole days.. i have to finish up a few studio things, record a new batch of BW songs, and get ready to do it all again in May. and i am thrilled at the fact that the last tour was so damn amazing. we had the biggest tour to date. ever. my attendances were bigger than any tour i have ever done, in spite of the economy. i cant even begin to explain the power of a fan. we had the most passionate shows i have had in YEARS. my band was my family. and we really played FOR each other, as opposed TO each other. it was amazing!!! i saw some amazing things on this tour. i realized that the band Anvil will be forever legalized. they are a true lesson in what it’s like to be lifers (insane… but lifers) when it comes to being in a band. GO SEE “THE STORY OF ANVIL”. it is hilarious, heartbreaking, bizzarro, inspiring, and nothing less than a human social experiment on what not to do.. and also what to do!! good night. see you on the west coast and abroad.
