just checking in for anyone reading these follies. new website went up at butchwalker.com just fyi. bought a great belt today in san francisco. made a special trip here just for that. that’s how i rrrrrr…. kidding. i am playing solo at the Independant tonight and i am looking forward to singing again, but a bit nervous at not doing so for awhile. my voice sounds like it has a bag of “niceness” draped over it and doesn’t feel like it is broken in from a few days on the road. of well, maybe i will cry tonight onstage and throw a tantrum because the lights aren’t adjusted just right, or because everyone is at the blog-worthy show of the last 10 minutes down the street instead of mine. a good cry will make your voice good and soiled. seattle tomorrow, which should be fun. this room i am staying in right now is crazy.. check it out above in the next blaaaaaaag.
